I’ve been to a lot of places, but this year for example.. I bought tickets to see Tyler Ward in concert in Nashville, Tennessee! Yep, I live in VA.. we drove 5 hours to NC to drop off the kids at my parent’s house (except Jacob, he was still attach to the boob, lol). Then we drove 10 hours to John’s family’s house in Hardinsburg, KY. Then drove to his sister’s college in Bowling Green, KY. Which is like 1-2 hours from Nashville, I forget now. Then drove to Nashville the DAY BEFORE the concert. Also got to see Brynn Elliott & Mikey Wax which both are freaking amazing, you need to check them out if you haven’t yet! That morning of the concert, i lost my phone, but what really happened.. Jacob threw it into the toilet.. Yea.. by some miracle it was still working for the concert that night. I wanted to get to the place early, but that wasn’t happening, John wanted to go to the hotel first. Which might I add, we got this sweet hotel for FREE. Can’t beat that. This place was sweet. The breakfast area, had a waitress.. like whoa & the food… So I wanted to bring the kids something back from Nashville and also get something autographed for them, so I got 4 monkeys, it was totally a win – win. The concert was amazing, my phone wouldn’t keep a charge for nothing, so not all the pictures were that great, but i got a few videos from it.. Which the VIP was totally worth the one on one talk with Tyler. The concert itself, there was this couple from
Summertime is a great time to hit up some amazing concerts for awesome music. I was able to attend this concert in Nashville, TN to see Tyler Ward with Brynn Elliott & Mikey Wax. The Concert was amazing!! Then again in Vienna, VA to see Tyler Ward again with Brynn Elliott & My Silent Bravery. Which by the wall all of these bands are amazing, I will have another post about them soon. With that said, I’ve learned a lot of things from these two shows and when I used to go to all kinds of concerts back in the day. Here are 7 Things You Must Take With You To A Concert.
1) GUM. Seriously, why do I even have to explain this one. It also helps you fight hunger, lol.
2) WATER. You will get thirsty, I suggest you put one in your bag, you will thank me! I was at the front row, dying, ended up drinking like 3 bottles after the whole show was done with.
3) DEODORANT. Another, this is pretty simple why you would need this. It gets sweaty in there.
4) CAMERA. Yep, because if you’re not able to keep your phone charge, your camera will be your BFF. Also it takes better pictures!
5) PHONE. If you don’t have a camera, then you’re bring this for pictures, update your instagram, twitter, etc etc.
6) BODY SPRAY. Once again, it get’s hot while indoors, lots of sweaty bodies, like.. you will thank me!
7) PHONE CHARGER. Like the first Tyler show, I was able to charge the phone when I needed. The second show, they blocked all the plugs off with tape, grrr.
What Do You Bring With You To A Concert?
I honestly thought we were in the clear, I thought that we just got over a big bump in the road. Well, goes to show I was wrong. It’s been one week and I am broken, like completely broken. I thought I was broken before. I gave it my all, but my all wasn’t enough. I was fighting alone in a battle for my marriage with someone who already gave up on so much. One day, I will be able to look back on this and learn something from it at one point. But right now, I am going to share 5 country songs that help me get over a broken heart.
I wish I was like my husband, I wish I could have a switch where I can just turn off and on my feelings. Must be something he learned from the military, but I can’t I show my feelings and I am heartbroken. I think to myself, what could I of done differently to keep my husband. I have more questions than answers at this point ▬ one day it will make sense. When I first got married when I was 21, I thought I married ‘THE ONE’ and I thought we would grow old together. I gotta be strong for my kids, I gotta do it for them. I gotta teach them how you can’t give up with life throws you some hard things, you have to keep going and not give up. Music has always been a way I could really connect to how I really feel. These videos really play for the brokenhearted. I can’t make it through most of them without crying, because like I stated before, the feeling is still there. I hate it, but it is what it is. Life goes on, so they say.
Sugarland – Stay
Sara Evans – A Little Bit Stronger
Rascle Flatts – What Hurts The Most
Kelly Clarkson – Because of You
Luke Bryan – Do I
Besides Tyler Ward, we’re only the coolest people on the planet. Legit, these few amazing people, I like to think they are some of my closest friends. Friends I just recently met, but with the 24/7 chat we have had going since the end of July, we actually have more in common then we think. When one is down, we support that person. No matter what they’re dealing with. It’s like a family, a family of people scattered all over the world. Of guys and girls of all ages. I think I’m the oldest, but I’m cool with that, I have lived through most of the things the other people go through, therefore I’m here with lots of wisdom, advice and an shoulder to cry on. Because when I was in my dark times, I didn’t have many, I had a few friends here and there. But no one truly understand, except my one friend, or the few who have gone through the same things. That’s when the name became something. I love these people, a lot. People I never met, yet I have a connection to them. They also happen to have great taste in music, haha. I wish I had these gals and guys the first time around when I was going through some horrible things. But I’m so glad I found them when I did, because no matter how much of a crappy day I’m having, another maybe having the same kind of day, we always are here for each other, no judging, there’s always hope. That’s the best kind of people to have in your life. I don’t know if they truly know how thankful I am to have them in my life, but enough to put on my public blog for the WORLD to read, that should show right? If you ladies and gents read this, know that I’m always here for you, no matter what, any time of the day, we all know I never do sleep, haha.. I may not have Tyler’s amazing smile, or those beautiful brown eyes.. or those girly legs.. hahahaha but hey, I can make you laugh too! If nothing else, we can eat some oeros together!
Found that gem in the google search, how can you not smile watching that? You’re welcome!
You’re loved, You’re beautiful, You’re worth it! I Love You!

Let’s go back 13 years.. I had just about everything you could think of when it came to Nsync. I thought if I saved it all, one day it would be worth something. Right? Well, truth be told, I still everything except for the posters. I have pictures of everything, I got to find those pictures. Besides having way more Nsync items than I like to admit to. I also was lucky enough to see them in concert THREE times! My favorite by far was the tickets we won to HAWAII to see Nsync LIVE in court on New Years ’99 – Yep! I was the happiest 13 year old EVER!
