Every May, its race course Churchill Downs hosts the Kentucky Derby, a renowned horse race whose long history is explored at the Kentucky Derby Museum. Baseball is celebrated at the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory, where Major League bats are produced and a giant baseball “slugger” marks the entrance. Closer to the end of the trip, we thought walking across the bridges would be pretty sweet, so we did! We walked across the one bridge that touches Kentucky & Indiana, so that was pretty awesome. Made out for some amazing sunset pictures on a bridge. Now…

When we lived in Central Virginia – going to Central Park FunLand in Fredericksburg, VA was our favorite place to take the kids. In late…

5 Places You Must Visit Around Washington DC

I was going to a Harry & the Potters show with my sister and our friend in Washington DC. We then made it a day trip around the city. We wouldn’t of been as tired, we should of made it a Georgetown & Washington DC only, but being able to go to Arlington was pretty awesome as well. All of things we went to were free and you should totally check out! We drove to all 3 locations, which has it’s pros and cons, but there’s also the metro! There were two main reasons to check out Georgetown, VA. To go take a picture of Georgetown Cupcakes, which had it’s own…
