What’s a better way to get yourself in that Autumn feeling than decorating your home for Fall/Halloween. We’re not big Halloween fans in our home, so we went to our local AtHome Stores in Greensboro, NC to find some cute Harvest ideas for the mantle. It’s that time of year again, kids are back in school and college kids are all about the pumpkin spice everything. It’s the end of the summer and autumn is right around the corner. I don’t know about you, but here in North Carolina, we had a pretty humid summer and I’m so over it, I’m ready for it to become cooler outside. I love not being hot, muggy or humid.
When you walk into AtHome stores, you’re basically walking into a big pinterest board. There’s inspiration, loads of it where ever you look. You have to dedicate a few hours of your day to this store, because you will keep on finding amazing things. I already have a wish list currently building online on their website. You are able to make a wish list then use that list to shop the actual store, because you can’t actually shop online. Here’s a few items below, we got for my parent’s mantle at their house.
I love some candles, I think I have a hoarding problem, honestly. But I found these epic 4-pack Buttered Maple candles, they smell like real maple, they were $3.99.
I found this pumpkin light. There’s a pack on the back, where you need to add two AA batteries for it and an on/off switch. These are always my favorite kind of decor. It looks awesome, when it’s enough to light up a room. The site says $14.99, but we got it for $9.99 at the store.
We picked out two fabric mix matched stuffed pumpkins, they were $3.99 each. Then I’ve always liked the cute sayings that are painted on wood. That’s a big thing for me when it comes to picking out cute decor, cute sayings to go with it. That’s why I went with a “count your blessings” wooden sign, there was plenty to choose from.
Last but not least, we have these really pretty leaf tealight candle holders, got two of them, because everything looks better in sets of two. They were $3.99 each.
So I was able to get all of these amazing harvest mantle decoration for under $40, it only cost me $35. So check out the AtHome Stores website to find the nearest store to you and check out their awesome deals. If you’re going for a certain thing, check out their website and see if your store has it first. Also if you go online, there’s a 10% off discount that you can send to yourself in an email. So be sure to take that with you, they also have birthday perks!
